Police charge second man in connection with father’s death
Owen Hassan, 30, died after an incident in Glasgow last November.
A second man has been charged in connection with the death of a father-of-three.
Owen Hassan died following an incident in Greenview Street, in the Shawlands area of Glasgow, on November 7 last year.
The 30-year-old made his way to his mother AnnMarie Lynch's pub, the Old Stag Inn, where she performed CPR on him as he lay dying in her arms.
Police Scotland confirmed a 38-year-old man has now been arrested and charged over the death.
He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
David Callaghan, 29, from East Kilbride, was charged with murder when he appeared at the same court in December.
The 29-year-old, from East Kilbride, did not enter a plea and was remanded in custody.
The case was continued for further examination.
