Edinburgh Quartet: City Halls, Candleriggs
Scotland's premier string quartet was founded in 1960 and maintains close relationships with composers all over the UK, as well as playing dozens of concerts a year in venues all over the world.
The quartet's current lineup is Tijmen Huisingh (violin), Tom Hankey (violin), Catherine Marwood (viola) and Mark Bailey (cello).
Indian Food Bazaar: The Briggait, 141 Bridgegate
Scotland's biggest festival of Indian food, with food stalls covering the nine main culinary regions of India, as well as mocktails and cocktails, traditional Indian music and DJs.
