Car crash causes disruption for commuters in Ayrshire
Emergency services including an ambulance and police attended the scene.
Commuters were disrupted on Wednesday morning after a car crashed in Ayrshire.
The incident between Ayr and Coylton at Roodlea Road happened around 8.20am.
Emergency services attended but no one was injured. The road has now been cleared.
A police spokeswoman said: "At 8.20 on Wednesday morning one vehicle was involved in a road traffic accident.
"The car lost control between Ayr and Coylton at Roodlea road resulting in a crash.
"Emergency services including an ambulance and police arrived on the scene as a precaution but we believe no one was seriously injured."
