The competition is part of a digital strategy to encourage citizens to move online.
Residents across North Ayrshire are being offered a chance to have their council tax paid for a year.
The local authority has launched a special competition in a bid to get more people signing up to their online e-billing service.
The council want to move away from paper bills to reduce costs, protect the environment, and increase quality the of service for residents.
Councillor Joe Cullinane said: "As part of our digital strategy we encourage and support our citizens to get online and access council services.
"But we need more and more people to sign up and take advantage of this.
"The competition will hopefully encourage even more people to sign up if they haven't already."
Residents must register for e-billing by March 31 to be entered in the competition.
