Radisson RED to hold 'casting session' for 80 new jobs
The role encourages 'laughter, playfulness and even a little mischief with guests'.
Radisson RED will host an interview day with a twist before it opens its doors next to the SSE Hydro in Glasgow this spring.
RED is aimed at millennials who "don't do beige" and is just the fourth hotel in the world to open under the brand.
The Radisson is looking for 80 "naturally sociable, well-connected and-well informed" people to join its staff.
To become a part of the team, you have to pass the casting session.
Taking place at The Lighthouse on January 22, potential employees will take part in a wide variety of activities, with candidates will observed to see how they interact and work with others.
The day will include three interactive workshops with opportunities for candidates to show off their creative skills through stimulating art and music activities.
Curator Michael Weston said: "We are on the lookout for RED brand ambassadors who connect with the world around them.
"We want our team of creatives to be socially aware and able to make genuine friendships with our guests.
"We encourage laughter, playfulness and even a little mischief with guests that will drive them to come back again and again."
He added: "We are recruiting for a variety of positions and for those who have never worked in a hotel before it's no problem at all.
"We were blown away with the response to our first recruitment drive where we had 400 applications for the first seven roles we released, and so we're hoping for a great response.
"The casting day will give us the opportunity to see how well the candidates identify with our core values so that we can select the applicants that most align with our brand. We want confident individuals who love the city."
The closing date for applications is January 9 and you can apply through the Radisson website or send a CV with a video clip, selfie or Instagram link to readyforred@radissonred.com.
