Forensic officers at scene after man found dead in house
The death of the 36-year-old man in East Kilbride is being treated as unexplained.
The death of a man whose body was found at a house in South Lanarkshire is being treated as unexplained.
Police found the body of a 36-year-old man in Lyttleton, East Kilbride, at around 8.25pm on Monday.
Forensic officers were seen at the property as police spoke to neighbours.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "A post-mortem examination will take place in due course to establish the exact cause of death however police are treating the death as unexplained at this time.
"A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal."
