Major rush hour delays were caused on the M80 after a crash.
The collision happened on the route heading southbound between junction 6a Castlecry and junction 6 Old Inns, North Lanarkshire.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash at 7am on Tuesday.
Tailbacks to junction 7 Haggs, Cumbernauld, were caused.
Drivers were warned to avoid the area.
