People in flats with 'Grenfell cladding' remain oblivious
Glasgow City Council said everybody would find out by Monday but missed the deadline.
Some people living in Glasgow high-rises with the same type of cladding used on Grenfell Tower remain oblivious.
A blaze at the London tower block linked to flammable insulation killed 80 people and the same kind of cladding has been found on 19 high-rises in Glasgow.
The city council began delivering letters to 800 flats on Friday and said every affected resident would know by Monday
A small number still have not received letters, however.
A spokesman said: "The vast majority of letters were hand-delivered by Monday.
"However, there are a handful of addresses where we were initially unable to deliver."
He added: "We are also providing some additional information to residents where their own property does not have any aluminium composite material, but is within a wider development that does."
Some people living in affected tower blocks may already be aware of the situation.
Glasgow Harbour residents were warned by their building factor in early July - more than two months before the council officially acknowledged the situation.
It was initially believed that up to 57 high-rises in Glasgow were affected but that number was later reduced to 19.
The situation was inadvertently made public after it was mentioned at a Holyrood committee.
Council leader Susan Aitken later apologised for the way it emerged.
