Boy, 14, reported to police over knife incident at school

A 14-year-old boy has been reported to the police over a knife incident at a school in East Dunbartonshire.
It is understood officers were called to an incident involving a third year pupil at Lenzie Academy.
He allegedly took a weapon into the school last week.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Police were made aware of this incident.
"The 14-year-old boy will be subject to a report to the relevant authority."
Ann Davie, East Dunbartonshire Council's depute chief executive said: "This matter has been referred to Police Scotland and we therefore cannot comment further at this time."
