Arrest following death of man found injured in flat
A man has been arrested in connection with the death of Joseph McMenemy.
A man has been arrested following the death of another man in South Lanarkshire.
Joseph McMenemy, 27, was found seriously injured at his home in Donaldson Street, Hamilton, around 11.55pm on Tuesday. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said there had been a disturbance at the flat before his death.
On Saturday, Police Scotland said a 23-year-old man had been arrested and detained in police custody in connection with Mr McMenemy's death.
A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal and he is expected to appear in court on Monday.
