Seven more arrested over Scottish Cup final disorder
A total of 50 people have now been arrested after the pitch invasion on May 21.
Seven more men have been arrested amid a police investigation into alleged violence and disorder at the Scottish Cup Final in May.
The arrests came as officers raided addresses in Glasgow, Ayrshire, Edinburgh and Livingston on Thursday.
Men aged 19, 19, 22, 24, 28, 45 and 49 are now in police custody as a result.
The operation brings the total number of people arrested in connection with the disorder to 50.
Detective superintendent Kenny Graham, who is leading the investigation, said: "Today's operation sends a clear message to those involved in the violence and disorder that occurred on May 21.
"You may think your behaviour has gone unnoticed but I can assure you that our officers remain committed to identifying and arresting the perpetrators.
"I can guarantee you that there will be more arrests as part of this investigation and if you were involved we could very well be knocking on your door next time.
"Information from members of the public continues to be vital to this investigation and I would ask anyone who can assist with our enquiries to contact us."
The investigation was launched after thousands of Hibs fans flooded on to the pitch at the national stadium in Glasgow on May 21 to celebrate their team's 3-2 win over Championship rivals Rangers.
A smaller number of fans of the Ibrox side also ran on to the pitch, with some supporters from both sides involved in violent clashes.
Mounted police officers were called in to restore order after what the SFA described as "contemptible behaviour" from some supporters following the final whistle.
