A man who went missing from his home three days ago has been found safe and well.

A search was launched for Stuart Teese after he was last seen driving from his home in Bearsden, East Dunbartonshire, at around 8.30pm on Saturday.

His family became increasingly concerned for his welfare and police carried out "extensive enquiries" to trace the 54-year-old.

On Tuesday afternoon, Police Scotland announced he had been found safe and well near Loch Lomond.

The public were thanked for their help in the matter.
