Cove Rangers pair punished for breaching gambling rules
Grant Moorhouse has been fined and Gary Hake has been banned for a number of games.
Cove Rangers director Grant Moorhouse and youth coach Gary Hake have been punished for breaching Scottish football gambling rules.
Moorhouse has been fined £2000 - £1500 of which is immediate and £500 suspended - and Hake has been banned for eight games, four of which have been suspended until the end of 2020.
The former was accused of disciplinary rule breaches dating back eight seasons, while Hake, Cove's head of youth development, were from the last three seasons.
No player, coach or official under the jurisdiction of the Scottish FA is allowed to gamble on football.
The pair had hearings on Wednesday.
