Rangers defender Ross McCrorie believes his side "need" to win silverware next season.

The 21-year-old came on as a substitute in Rangers' 2-0 win over Celtic on Sunday.

Rangers face Kilmarnock on Sunday and could finish nine points behind their rivals.

McCrorie said the squad must improve on their consistency to ensure they win silverware next season.

He said: "At Rangers it's all about winning trophies and we need the silverware to be honest.

"We've had a lot of big games and a lot of big wins and we can improve on the consistency.

"We all know that within the changing room and hopefully we can rectify that next season.

"There is no fear anymore as the manager says, all the boys believe in ourselves.

"As you saw at the weekend there, we have a quality team."
