Lewis Stevenson extends Hibs contract until 2021
The academy graduate has put pen to paper on a new deal at Easter Road.
Lewis Stevenson has extended his Hibs contract until 2021.
The versatile defender is the club's longest serving player, having made 424 appearances for the club since graduating from the youth ranks at Easter Road in 2005.
Capped once by his country, Stevenson is the only Hibs player to have lifted the League Cup and Scottish Cup.
Stevenson, 30, has now put pen to paper on a two-year extension to his deal.
He said: "I'm delighted to extend my deal for another couple of years. It's a great honour to be involved with this club.
"Every footballer will say that you keep learning things week in, week out. Every game there are some things where you think that you should have done it differently.
"Hopefully that will stand me in good stead. I'm always open minded and interested in new ideas and new things involving football.
"I know I have been here a while, but hopefully I've got a bit more to give."
