Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has named Jack in the starting team for the group stage game, with Jon Flanagan and Joe Worrall also coming in at the expense of Andy Halliday, Nikola Katic and Jordan Rossister.
Allan McGregor starts in goal, with Jon Flanagan, Connor Goldson, Worrall and captain James Tavernier making up a four-man defence.
Jack takes a midfield place alongside Lassana Coulibaly and Ovie Ejaria, with Ryan Kent and Daniel Candeias flanking Alfredo Morelos in attack.
