McBurnie starts as McLeish makes Scotland changes
The starting XI to face European champions Portugal has been revealed.
Oliver McBurnie has been named in the Scotland starting line-up against Portugal as Alex McLeish rings the changes after defeat to Israel.
With five players leaving the squad through injury or for rest after they returned from their Nations League loss, the manager was forced to make some alterations for the friendly against the European champions. However, only five players remain from the starting side against Israel.
Craig Gordon replaces Allan McGregor in goals, while the switch to a four-man defence sees Andy Robertson, Scott McKenna, Jack Hendry and Stephen O'Donnell line up in front of the goalkeeper.
John McGinn and Stuart Armstrong are in the centre of midfield, flanked by Callum McGregor and James Forrest, with McBurnie and Steven Naismith up front.
