Ryan Fraser has withdrawn from the Scotland squad with an injury and will miss the Nations League match against Israel and friendly with Portugal.

The in-form Bournemouth star played in his side's 4-0 win against Watford on Saturday but is not fit for selection in Alex McLeish's national team.

The Scottish FA confirmed his unavailability on Tuesday morning but did not reveal the nature or extent of the injury that will keep him out.

Fraser is the second withdrawal from the squad, following Leigh Griffiths' decision to work on his fitness.
