Steven Gerrard made clear his ambitions to sign his four Rangers loan stars permanently last month.

And now one of the quartet identified has revealed he's keen on a long-term switch to Ibrox.

Ryan Kent has impressed since joining the Light Blues on loan from Liverpool in the summer, playing a starring role as Gerrard's side beat Rapid Vienna on Thursday.

The fleet-footed winger says he'd be open to a permanent move to Glasgow, although Rangers would likely have to stump up over £2m to bring Kent in from the Reds.

While Kent may sign on, Lee Wallace could be heading for the Ibrox exit, say reports.

Wigan have made a habit of signing players from Scotland of late and are said to be keen to pick up two more.

According to reports, Wallace and Hearts defender John Souttar lead the Latics' list of January targets.
