The list of potential destinations for John McGinn continues to lengthen.

Brendan Rodgers, Steven Gerrard and Jack Ross have all been touted with moves for the 23-year-old and now another big-name boss has entered the race for his signature.

According to reports, Derby County manager Frank Lampard has made clear his interest in bringing McGinn south of the border.

Scotland international McGinn has twelve months to run on his Easter Road deal and Lampard is looking to overhaul the Rams squad ahead of a promotion tilt.

Elsewhere, Gerrard has confirmed his interest in bringing Roma attacker Umar Sadiq to Rangers, with the Ibrox manager saying that the 21-year-old would bring a physical presence to his frontline.

Meanwhile, Hearts goalkeeper Jon McLaughlin is on the verge of joining Sunderland, say reports.
