A full summary of Saturday's Scottish Premiership results
All twelve top-flight sides were in action, with 15 goals scored in the division.
Kilmarnock 1-0 Celtic
Celtic fell to a surprise defeat at Rugby Park with Kilmarnock handing Brendan Rodgers his second league defeat of the season.
The sides met in the lunchtime match and a goal from Youssouf Mulumbu ensured Steve Clarke's took all three points.
There was further misery for Celtic with both Dedryck Boyata and Kristoffer Ajer going off injured just 12 days before the Scottish champions' Europa League clash with Zenit St Petersburg.
Aberdeen 3-0 Hamilton Academical
Aberdeen moved to within eight points of Celtic with a thumping win over Hamilton at Pittodrie.
Andy Considine opened the scoring with a volley on 24 minutes and Niall McGinn doubled the Dons' lead from inside the box in the closing stages.
Considine then extended his side's lead, scoring with three minutes to go with a header from a Ryan Christie cross.
Dundee 1-4 Ross County
Owen Coyle's Ross County side recorded their first win since November 4 and did so in style courtesy of a convincing 4-1 win.
Davis Kellor-Dunn gave the visitors the lead with a dipping effort, only for Dundee to respond quickly through Kerr Waddell.
Dutch forward Alex Schalk would prove the match winner for the Staggies, scoring a second half double before sub Tim Chow added a fourth late on.
Hearts 1-0 St Johnstone
Hearts continued their undefeated home run since returning to Tynecastle by beating ten-man St Johnstone 1-0.
David Milnkovic scored the only goal of the game just 39 seconds after the restart, reacting first to a loose ball.
St Johnstone spurned a series of chances before a second booking for David Weatherspoon ended their challenge.
Motherwell 1-1 Partick Thistle
Nadir Ciftci bagged his first goal in a Motherwell jersey to earn his side a point against Partick Thistle.
The visitors edged ahead when Kris Doolan headed home his seventh goal of the season.
Motherwell's pressure would tell, however, with Ciftci driving home Chris Dunne's knock down.
Rangers 1-2 Hibs
Hibs made it back-to-back Premiership wins at Ibrox this campaign by beating Rangers 2-1.
John McGinn struck from the edge of the box to ensure Neil Lennon's side went into the break ahead.
Rangers midfielder Sean Goss curled a free kick into the top corner to restore parity, but Jamie MacLaren converted a penalty two minutes later to take all three points back to the capital.
