Hibernian's Neil Lennon wins manager of the month award
The Northern Irishman guided his side to three league wins from four games in October.
Hibernian head coach Neil Lennon has been named Premiership manager of the month for October.
The Easter Road side won three of their four Premiership matches last month and are third in the table after their promotion from the Championship.
Hibs began October with a 1-0 defeat at home to Aberdeen before falling to a 4-2 loss to Celtic in the League Cup semi-final.
They bounced back with a 1-0 Edinburgh derby win over Hearts, however, and followed it up with away wins at cup finalists Motherwell and a rejuvenated Kilmarnock side.
Lennon's side have continued their run into November with a 2-1 win over Dundee and the coach said he was delighted with their efforts so far this season.
"We should have won at Dundee earlier in the season, we should have won at St Johnstone and we were 2-0 up against Motherwell," he said.
"That's six points dropped and if we had not dropped them we would be top of the table.
"The players are in a really good place at the moment, there's a real belief about them and their fitness levels are excellent."
