Pedro Caixinha insists he is still manager of Rangers
The Portuguese boss left the club's Auchenhowie training base as board meeting took place.
Pedro Caixinha has insisted he is still manager of Rangers as he left the club's Auchenhowie training base on Thursday.
The Rangers board called an unscheduled board meeting to discuss Caixinha's position following the 1-1 draw against Kilmarnock at Ibrox on Wednesday evening.
Asked if he was still Rangers manager, Caixinha replied: "Of course I still am".
The Portuguese boss had stopped to sign an autograph as he left Auchenhowie.
Following the final whistle at Ibrox on Wednesday, Caixinha has said he would fight on as manager.
Asked if the result meant he worried he would lose his job, he said: "No, I am just worried about getting in in the morning and doing my very best and keep looking forward as usual.
"I am strong enough to take things forward and always look to put things in the right place."
