Ray McKinnon's side defeated Northern Ireland's Linfield at Tannadice in the last round as they continued their defence of the trophy and now face another Belfast team.
Crusaders defeated Cove Rangers 3-0 to reach this stage.
Queen of the South have been handed a trip to Wales for their tie against The New Saints while there's an all-Championship clash between Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Falkirk at the Caledonian Stadium.
The final tie to be drawn pits Dumbarton against Raith Rovers.
Matches are due to be played on the weekend of November 11/12
