Rangers complete loan signing of Benfica attacker Dalcio
The forward becomes manager Pedro Caixinha's third signing of the summer.
Rangers have completed the signing of forward Dalcio on loan from Benfica for next season.
The attacker flew to Glasgow with Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha and fellow signing target Fabio Cardoso late on Sunday evening and completed a medical before finalising the deal.
He becomes Rangers third signing of the close season, following Ryan Jack and Bruno Alves in committing to the Ibrox club.
The 21-year-old Portuguese attacker still has four years left on his contract with the Primeira Liga champions.
He has primarily played for Benfica's B side but is capped by Portugal at under-19 and under-20 level.
"What attracted me was the history of the club, the size of the club, and mainly, the supporters," Dalcio told Rangers TV.
"The gaffer was a real influence on me too. I know he is really competitive and ambitious, and that was the reasons I wanted to join him.
"The manager has said he is here to help me and to improve me. On the club, we need to put it on top where it belongs."
