Richie Foran says the pressure of relegation is now on Hamilton Accies rather than Inverness Caley Thistle.

The Highlanders sensationally defeated Dundee 2-0 on Wednesday night to record just their sixth win of the season and close the gap on 11th placed Accies to just one point.

It keeps the fight for survival alive going into Saturday when the bottom six play their finial fixtures of the season.

Inverness are at home to Motherwell, who secured their Premiership status on Tuesday, while Hamilton welcome Dundee to New Douglas Park.

Foran says his side, who have propped up the table for most of the season, no longer have the burden on their shoulders.

"Obviously we can't influence what happens at Hamilton," he said, "But being in football a long time I know the Hamilton players will be feeling a hell of a lot of pressure now.

"There's no sugar and there's no hiding it. That pressure has lifted off our shoulders and went straight on to the Hamilton players.

"It's a huge game for them now and we need the same as last night. That passion, that hunger and that desire. What will be will be now."

The Caley Thistle boss, who was part of the side who suffered relegation on the final day of the season in 2009, won't be keeping tabs on what's happening in Lanarkshire.

"I don't want to know, I won't want to know," he continued. "Full focus is on us against Motherwell and what happens there."
