The fallout surrounding Celtic's Old Firm victory at Hampden continues as Patrick Roberts says Scott Brown should be cleared of his red card, if the challenge from Andy Halliday was only a yellow.

The Celtic winger was brought down by Halliday three minutes into Sunday's cup semi-final, with many suggesting the Rangers midfielder should have been sent off by referee Willie Collum.

Looking ahead to the next Old Firm game on Saturday, Celtic striker Moussa Dembele faces an anxious wait to discover the extent of his hamstring injury he picked up at Hampden.

Elsewhere, Hibs boss Neil Lennon says his side are the second best team in the country, despite their 3-2 defeat to Aberdeen in Hampden.

Lennon says his side should have won the semi-final and says he is targeting two quality players to make Hibs a force to be reckoned with next season.

Staying in Edinburgh and Hearts attacker Jamie Walker says he must step up to the plate and start scoring goals if Hearts want to be playing European football next season.
