Malky Mackay is just six weeks into his new role as Scotland's performance director but has already made crucial steps in implementing Project Brave.

The plan, made to overhaul Scotland's youth development system, is being led by the former Celtic defender since being appointed in mid December.

Mackay explained he is in the process of visiting every club around the country to discuss the project and has been boosted by how much support it has received.

Speaking to STV he broke down the key points which come with the document and what the future holds for Scottish football.
