Dundee United's Ray McKinnon has received the Manager of the Month award for November.

The Tannadice club have been on an unbeaten run of 13 games since the end of September when Morton knocked them out of the League Cup.

United enjoyed two victories and a draw in the Scottish Championship last month, as well as a Challenge Cup win away to Dunfermline which booked them into the semi finals.

Their seven points from nine has seen them move level with Hibernian at the top of the table, with them sitting second on goal difference.

McKinnon's next test in charge of United is a home game against St Mirren on Christmas Eve.
