Robert Snodgrass to miss Scotland's clash with England
The Hull City midfielder is out for the next four weeks with ankle ligament damage.
Robert Snodgrass has been ruled out of Scotland's clash with England with an ankle injury, Hull City have confirmed.
The midfielder will miss the next four weeks of action with ankle ligament damage and will not feature for the national team in London on November 11.
Snodgrass was hurt during Hull's 2-0 defeat to Stoke City at the weekend with the club not expecting the attacker to return until late November.
After missing 15 months of matches due to a horror knee injury, the former Livingston, Leeds and Norwich man had re-established himself as a key player for club and country.
A hat-trick in Scotland's opening qualifier against Malta helped the national team secure a 5-1 win.
Snodgrass has also found the net four times for Hull this term, scoring against Leicester, Arsenal and Burnley.
Club team-mate Andy Robertson has already been ruled out of the match with a calf injury.
