Snodgrass: Lithuania draw doesn't change approach for Slovakia
Scotland now travel to face Slovakia in Tuesday's World Cup qualification clash.
Robert Snodgrass insists Scotland's draw with Lithuania won't change their approach for Tuesday night's qualifier in Slovakia.
James McArthur scored late on to salvage a point for the Dark Blues following a below par performance against Lithuania.
Now Gordon Strachan's side face second seeds Slovakia on Tuesday night, but Snodgrass says the result against Lithuania, as disappointing as it was, hasn't hit the players' belief.
"I don't think it changes much," he said. "We'll go and try to win the game, which we were going to try and do anyway.
"The only thing that has changed is we wanted to get three points to start off. It's disappointing because you want to start off the campaign at home with a good result, but it wasn't to be.
"Of course there is [a belief that we can win in Slovakia]. That was the objective from the start.
"There was a belief that we would win tonight and we'd go and win on Tuesday. That was the belief when we turned up here."
