Hearts successfully appeal Tony Watt's booking for simulation
The striker was cautioned against Hamilton after going down under Shaun Want's challenge.
Hearts have successfully appealed the yellow card given to Tony Watt in their 3-1 win over Hamilton Accies at the weekend.
The Tynecastle club believed the striker was wrongly cautioned for simulation and decided to exercise their right to appeal.
Watt was booked by referee Craig Thomson after he went down in the box under the challenge of Accies centre-back Shaun Want on 30 minutes.
The £500 charge will be refunded in light of the Edinburgh outfit being successful in their appeal at Thursday's disciplinary hearing.
Last season, Aberdeen defender Graeme Shinnie also successfully won his appeal after being booked for simulation in the box in the match against Dundee United in March 2016.
