Celtic could face a trip to Kazakhstan in Champions League qualifying should they progress past Lincoln Red Imps.

Astana scored in injury time to secure a 2-1 home win over Zalgiris Vilnius to book their spot in the third round of qualifying.

The hosts took the lead through Anicic after 31 minutes but the Lithuanians thought they had secured their spot in the next round thanks to Elivelto. However Anicic struck the winner in the second minute of stoppage tome to send Astana through.

Celtic will have to overturn a 1-0 first leg deficit against the Red Imps from Gibraltar in Glasgow in Brendan Rodgers' first competitive home game in charge.

Should they meet Astana then the Scottish champions will travel to the Astana Stadium for the away leg next week.

The ground was the venue for Celtic's 2-0 defeat to Shakhter Karagandy back in 2013.
