Motherwell's Mark McGhee has been awarded the Ladbrokes Premiership Manager of the Month award after leading the Steelmen to three wins out of three.

The Fir Park club enjoyed a 100% record last month, beating Hamilton Accies, Dundee United and Aberdeen.

It's the second time McGhee has secured the personal accolade since taking over in October - he last won it in December when his side also enjoyed three consecutive victories.

Motherwell have continued their run of form into April as domestic business resumed after the international break.

A last minute Marvin Johnson winner away to Inverness Caley Thistle on Saturday saw McGhee's men move  up to fourth in the Scottish Premiership.

Next up for the North Lanarkshire side is a home clash with Celtic in their final fixture before the split.
