Celtic manager Ronny Deila has been named Scottish Premiership Manager of the Month for January.

The Norwegian saw his side win all four of their league matches over the course of the month as they established a six point lead over Aberdeen.

Leigh Griffiths' late winner saw the Hoops open 2016 with a tense 1-0 victory over Partick Thistle.

The striker was on target again as he inspired the champions to a 4-1 win away to bottom club Dundee United at Tannadice.

Scotland striker Griffiths hit a hat-trick as Deila's men hammered Hamilton 8-1 at Celtic Park before a 3-1 triumph over St Johnstone.

It's the second time Deila has won the award this season after he won the prize in October.
