Livingston secure Dundee United's Charlie Telfer on loan deal
The midfielder has signed until the end of the season.
Dundee United midfielder Charlie Telfer has signed for Championship side Livingston on loan until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old has a greed a deal which will see him play at Almondvale for the remainder of the campaign.
Telfer has started six times for the struggling Tannadice side this season and come off the bench to make a further two appearances.
He signed from Rangers in 2014, while Jackie McNamara was in charge, and the club had to pay £204,000 after a long battle over compensation to the Ibrox side.
The youngster moved at the end of his contract but Rangers were due a fee under rules governing the movement of players under the age of 23.
He is the third player to leave Tannadice during the January transfer window with Aidan Connolly being released and Ali Coote going on loan to East Fife.
Telfer's Dundee United contract expires at the end of the 2016/17 campaign.
