Man arrested after shop worker injured in 'robbery'

A man has been arrested following an alleged robbery at a shop in Aberdeen in which a woman was injured.
Emergency services were called to the store in Heathryfold Circle around 2.25pm on Thursday.
A woman who was working in the shop was given medical treatment at the scene, though a police spokesman said her injuries were not serious.
Police said a 41-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
The man is also being questioned in connection with the theft of alcohol from a shop on Marchburn Drive around 2.20pm.
Detective sergeant Stephen Beattie said: "I would like to thank those who assisted at the scene which enabled officers to take quick action."
