Nick Nairn shuts restaurant after cook school closure
Nairn has blamed the impact of the oil downturn for the closures in Aberdeen.
Nick Nairn has closed his pizza restaurant in Aberdeen.
It comes weeks after the celebrity chef shut his cooking school in the city.
Nairn blamed the impact of the oil downturn, saying it had left people "with less money to spend eating out".
"It's with regret that I've had to make the decision to close my business in Aberdeen," he said.
"I'd like to thank everyone who has worked with us in Aberdeen, and all our customers and suppliers with whom we have had an excellent relationship."
Eighteen people are understood to have lost their jobs between Nick's Pizza Bar and the cooking school, which opened in 2016.
