Life sciences and healthcare experts gather in Dundee
The BioDundee International Conferences takes place over Tuesday and Wednesday.
Key people and organisations in life sciences and healthcare are gathering in Dundee on Tuesday.
Now in its 18th year, the BioDundee International Conference will focus on new perspectives and opportunities.
The two-day sessions at West Park Conference Centre will focus on innovation, bacteria, genetics and designing the future.
Councillor Lynne Short said: "As in previous years, the event has a fantastic programme and an excellent line up of speakers as well as lots of opportunities to network at the reception and gala dinner sponsored by Hyper Recruitment Solutions.
"With the chance to hear from speakers of the calibre of chief medical officer for Scotland, Dr Catherine Calderwood, and hear the science behind crime writing from professor Lorna Dawson and best-selling author of ITV's Vera, Ann Cleeves, this year's conference is not to be missed."
