Cannabis haul worth £380,000 seized by police in raid
A 22-year-old man has been charged and is due to appear in court.
A man has been charged after police discovered £380,000 worth of cannabis in Aberdeenshire.
Officers made the discovery on Sunday at a rural property in the New Aberdour area.
Detective sergeant George Nixon said: "This is a recovery of a significant amount of illegal drugs which would have been bound for our communities.
"Anyone with concerns about drugs in their community or who sees anything unusual or suspicious should contact police and any information will be taken seriously and acted upon."
The 22-year-old man is expected to appear at Peterhead Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
