Student and graduate nurses gathered on Wednesday for one of the sector's largest recruitment fairs.

Employers were on hand to speak face-to-face with students to help them find a home for their newly acquired skills.

NHS Trusts, residential care operators and specialised providers attender the fair which was hosted by Dundee University.

Senior careers adviser for Dundee's School of Nursing and Health Studies, Ruth O'Riordan, said: "Events like this allow the University to support our students and graduates into the world of work.

"This year the School of Nursing and Health Sciences has been ranked in the top 100 by QS World University Rankings, an achievement that we are particularly proud of, and it is by hosting fairs like this that we can showcase the skills of our students to potential employers."
