Labour MSP Jenny Marra and Conservative MP Kirstene Hair visited apprentices.
Dundee and Angus College hosted two politicians on Friday as part of National Apprenticeship Week.
Labour MSP Jenny Marra and Conservative MP Kirstene Hair visited two of the campuses to meet students and hear about their apprenticeship experiences.
Ms Marra met with future skills college pupils who are involved in a project to help more young people sustain positive destinations when they leave school.
Ms Hair visited the Arbroath campus where she met foundation apprentice school pupils in software development and social services and healthcare.
Principal Grant Ritchie said: "Supporting young people to obtain the skills and qualifications to step on the career ladder is one of the most rewarding aspects of our job.
"We are delighted to engage our regional politicians in seeing the breadth of the opportunities that Foundation and Modern Apprenticeships can bring to support employers to develop and grow their workforce."
