Meals on wheels services in Dundee had to be combined to one delivery today as the severe weather continued.

Hot lunches were provided as normal, along with a packed evening meal.

Staff were also checking on how elderly and vulnerable people are coping.

STV caught up with two members of the delivery team to see how they were getting on.

Kathleen Gilmartin from Dundee City Council said: "We're combining the lunches and the teas, and we've probably got around about 60 to 70 meals in just one van, and there are 7 vans out".

Ross Breen added: "It's affected the service without the one delivery a day but we just need to get on with it and get round the best that we can."
