Shoppers were evacuated from a Sainsbury's store after a suspicious package was found.
The discovery was made at the supermarket on Garthdee Road in Aberdeen at 9am on Friday.
Those in the shop were evacuated and the store was cordoned off.
Officers said the package was not suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "We can confirm that the suspicious package found at Sainsburys at Garthdee posed no risk to the public and there is no criminality."
