Woman seriously hurt as car veers off road and hits wall
It happened at 6.40pm on Thursday night between Carnoustie and East Haven.
A woman was seriously hurt as a car crashed into a wall in Angus.
The white Ford Fiesta left the road between Carnoustie and Easthaven at 6.40pm on Thursday, leaving the car and wall with extensive damage.
The driver was uninjured but a woman front seat passenger suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
The road was closed for three hours for a full investigation to take place.
A representative for Police Scotland said: "Anyone with any information that may be useful should contact Police Scotland on 101.
