Stagecoach launches 27 new and upgraded buses on 11 route
From Monday, there will be 27 new vehicles operating between Ardrossan and Kilmarnock.
A £5.6m bus investment project hopes to provide a high quality service to people living and working within North and East Ayrshire.
From Monday, there will be 27 new vehicles Stagecoach's service 11 route, which operates between Ardrossan and Kilmarnock.
The new E400 double-deckers have been modernised with e-leather seats, free WiFi and USB charging points for customers.
Built at the Alexander Dennis factory in Falkirk, the new vehicles have Euro6 engines which have some of the lowest emissions in Europe.
Transport minister Humza Yousaf officially launched the service on Friday at the Scottish Maritime Museum in Irvine.
