Teenage boys charged with break-ins across Aberdeenshire
There were eleven reports of suspicious activity across the Mintlaw area.
Three teenage boys have been charged with break-ins across Aberdeenshire.
A total of 11 separate reports were received of suspicious activity at various locations in Mintlaw, including incidents at Aden Country Park, two local businesses, a farm and a school.
The three boys, two aged 13 and one aged 14, were traced and charged at the weekend.
A report will be sent to the Youth Justice Management Unit.

"Tackling opportunistic crimes is a priority for local officers across north east division and please rest assured that we invest a great deal of time and effort into bringing those responsible to justice should the worst happen."
