Pantomime stars present new minibus to Aberdeen school
The school received the keys to its mini-bus from former footballer Willie Miller
Pantomime stars including Jimmy Osmond have presented an Aberdeen school with a new minibus.
Variety, the children's charity, presented the bus on Thursday before Aberdeen FC legend Willie Miller handed over the keys to the head teacher Caroline Stirton.
The bus was bought through the school's fundraising efforts and donations from the Variety and the MacRobert Trust.
Orchard Brae School opened in August this year and specialises in supporting pupils with special needs.
Ms Stirton said: "We do a very wide range of community-based learning with our pupils from three to 18 years and without these buses we would not be able to facilitate this.
"We are immensely grateful to the McRobert Trust, the Variety Club and every one of our fundraisers for all their efforts."
