The new £38.5m Forfar Community Campus has been officially declared open.
Angus depute provost Colin Brown was joined by first year pupil Stephen Langdon to reveal the ceremonial plaque on Friday morning.
The campus has a range of facilities including a swimming pool, studio pool, games hall, gym, fitness suite, dance studios and football pitches.
It also has a cafe, a creche, meeting rooms and a theatre.
Mr Brown said: "Forfar Community Campus is a multi-million pound investment in all our futures, a modern campus purpose-built for our pupils and everyone in our community.
"It will provide an environment where our young people can excel and develop the life-skills that will serve them in good stead as they pass into adulthood.
"It is also a place where people of all ages can gather to enjoy a great wealth of sport, leisure and entertainment, as well as enjoying a variety of learning opportunities and one another's company."
