Aberdeen residents have been urged to have their say on a transport project in the south of the city.

The council is aiming to improve transport connections between the Charleston Interchange and Queen Elizabeth Bridge.

A public consultation looking at several options to improve travel for people and goods along the Wellington Road was held earlier this year.

The drop-in session will be held at the Aberdeen Altens Hotel on Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm.

The feedback from the upcoming drop-in session will be used to set out the next steps for the project.

Aberdeen City Council transport and regeneration spokesman Ross Grant said: "The more feedback we get from the public the better.

"It helps to assess the options which are being considered for the Wellington Road corridor.

"I'd encourage people, and particularly those who live or work in the Wellington Road area, to go along to the drop-in session to view the options and give their feedback."
